This 1795 Liberty Cap Large Cent of the Plain Edge Thin Planchet variety is a rare and valuable addition to any coin collector's type set. Numbered 1674 in the Walter Breen encyclopedia, it is an outstanding example of early copper coinage of the United States.

Designed by John Smith Gardner, it weighs 10.89 grams and measures 29mm. This coin is highly detailed and in above-average circulated condition appropriate for its era.
